Because each item is custom printed and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or design choice. Please double-check your order details, sizing, and artwork before finalizing your purchase.

✅ Eligible Returns

We will accept returns or issue replacements only in the following cases:

  • Defective Products: Printing errors, damaged items, or manufacturing defects.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If the product received does not match the order confirmation.

🔄 Replacement Process

  • If approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped or delivered at no additional cost.

  • In rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products washed, worn, or altered after delivery

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our part, we will cover return or replacement shipping.

  • If the customer provides incorrect details (size, design, shipping address), we cannot cover replacement costs.
